The Site provides information about KUPOLLA modular dome houses, their packages, materials and services. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. A contract for the supply of a dome is concluded separately, in writing, once all terms have been agreed with our manager.
3. Prices and the configurator
Prices on the Site are in euros and are indicative (“from”). A configurator result is a preliminary estimate, not a final price. The final price, package contents and production, delivery and installation times are set out in the contract and depend on the project, the site, logistics and other conditions. The final price is confirmed after a consultation.
4. Images and specifications
Some images and videos on the Site are visualisations or concepts and may differ from the actual product (colour, finishes, furniture, landscape). Specifications may be changed by the manufacturer. The current specification is provided with the commercial proposal.
5. Enquiries
By submitting a form on the Site you confirm that the contact details you provide are accurate and agree to their processing under our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not oblige either party to enter into a contract.
6. Intellectual property
The KUPOLLA name and logo, texts, photos, videos, visualisations, drawings and the design of the Site belong to the Site owner or are used by it lawfully. Copying, distributing or otherwise using Site materials without written permission is prohibited, except where expressly allowed by law.
7. Acceptable use
You must not send spam, malicious code or false information through the forms, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its admin panel, or interfere with the Site using automated means.
8. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that the Site will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, the Site owner is not liable for losses arising from reliance on Site information without a contract. Liability for the supply of domes is governed solely by the contract.
